Additional yearly protection
DJI Care Enterprise Basic extends the standard DJI Care Enterprise Basic protection by an additional year. To benefit from the extension, you must have an active basic version of the DJI Care Enterprise Basic service. The service can be activated one by one for a total of 3 years of DJI Care Enterprise protection, thus extending the manufacturer's warranty to 36 months.
Comprehensive protection
DJI Care Enterprise is a comprehensive 12-month service offered by DJI for Enterprise products, thanks to which you do not have to worry about the safety of your drone during flight. In the event of a collision, flooding, loss of signal or fall, a new device awaits you or one in a condition that does not show any signs of use.
Feel like a VIP
Users with DJI Care Enterprise protection are prioritized, reducing the waiting time for a drone replacement to a minimum. What's more, users also have VIP privileges when contacting DJI support, so one call is enough to quickly get an answer to any question.
How it's working
After purchasing the DJI Care Enterprise package, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the service by providing the serial number of the device to which protection is to be assigned.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends the model to the German DJI service with a note that he has DJI Care Enterprise.
2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether he or she wants to repair/replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Enterprise.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Enterprise option, the user pays a fee and receives a new product or new spare parts.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user on priority basis with free shipping.
