Additional one-year protection
DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew extends the standard coverage of DJI Care Enterprise Basic by an additional year. In order to take advantage of the extension, you must have an active base DJI Care Enterprise Basic insurance and a maximum of 1 exchange used. Basic and extended insurance can be activated one after the other for a full 2 years of DJI Care Enterprise Basic coverage.

DJI Care Enterprise Basic is a comprehensive 12-month insurance offered by DJI for Enterprise products, thanks to which you do not have to worry about the safety of your drone during the flight. In the event of a collision, flooding, loss of signal or fall, a new device is waiting for you or in a condition without signs of use.

Users with DJI Care Enterprise Basic protection are given priority, thanks to which the waiting time for drone replacement is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users enjoy VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so any question can be answered quickly with just one call.
How it's working
After purchasing the DJI Care Enterprise Basic package, the user goes to the page DJI and activates the insurance by entering the serial number of the drone and/or the serial number of the camera to which the protection is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after device activation.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a defect and sends the model to the German DJI service with the annotation that he has DJI Care Enterprise Basic.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Enterprise Basic.
3. After selecting DJI Care Enterprise Basic, the user pays the fee and gets a new product or new spare parts.
4. The exchanged product is priority delivered to the user with free shipping.

Reservations
DJI Care Enterprise Basic does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Enterprise Basic.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
