For nearly two years, the Air65 frame set the benchmark for ultra-light weight and agile handling. Now, co-developed with our global pilot community, the 2.65 g Air65 II takes the concept even further. Every arm brace, duct geometry detail, and impact point has been reworked by the R&D team to create a frame that feels faster, cleaner, and more refined in the air. With 4 arm braces instead of 6, optimized ducts, and an improved connecting structure, the Air65 II delivers lower frame resonance, up to 5% more thrust, and an impressively clean PID response. Underneath its lightweight design, this whoop frame is built to take hits thanks to an optimized PP material blend and pilot-focused details made for stress-free flying session after session.

By strategically reducing the number of arm braces from 6 to 4 and refining the duct aerodynamics, the Air65 II delivers up to 5% more thrust than the first-generation version. The result is snappier throttle response, more efficient power delivery, and a more locked-in feel in the air.

Reliable, Smooth Flight

After multiple structural refinements, the final connecting-arm design helps reduce frame vibration and improve flight consistency. Combined with proper feedforward tuning, it supports a near-ideal PID step response with latency below 12 ms, making precise control, clean lines, and smooth freestyle moves easier to achieve.

Optimized Impact-Resistant Material

The proven PP material blend is built for the real world of micro FPV flying—hard landings, concrete taps, and tree hits included. It is designed to help the frame survive rough crashes so you can keep flying longer and worry less.

Details That Matter

Every gram and every feature has a purpose. The retained motor mounting sockets support accurate motor positioning, the new motor screw protection structure helps deflect impact during crashes, and the enlarged 1.2 mm FC holes make it easier to fit 1.4 mm screws. The lower duct profile and slim 3.8 mm design also help accommodate short-can motors, making this frame a smart choice for performance-focused whoop builders.
